The image in this post was my first attempt at Art Journaling on Photoshop (learn more about Art Journaling on my other blog). Its not my best digital work, but it I think it conveys my frustration with the weight loss process, and how slow it has been for me and how no matter how much I look, I have yet to look like what I want.
Good news is that I have movement in the right direction on the scale today. -2.1lbs gone, bringing me down to 245.5. A far cry from the numbers I pictured myself being this summer, and a bit disappointing when I think about to too much. I have been in the 240 range since May... but I gues sit is better than being in the 300+ range, whcih is where I would be now had I not done something about it. How is everyone else's weight loss going? And NSV to shares, vents to rant on? Post them in the comments.
