So weight update. I am at 245.6 right now, having yo-yo'd for the past 2 months between 249- and 244. I think part of it was poor food choices, vacations followed by weeks of perfect food choices and perfect workouts. But I am still pleased with my progress. I am still working out 5 days a week, and Hayden and I are planning to do a 5K at the end of next month. I am looking forward to running a majority of it! I still find it hard ot believe I have stuck with my weight loss and exercise for 1.5 years. Before, sticking with it for 1.5 weeks was an accomplishment!
